A Secretaria de Turismo e Meio Ambiente de Paripueira (SETURMA) divulgou a programação das próximas oficinas do Plano Diretor, marcando um importante passo para o desenvolvimento sustentável do município. As oficinas, que ocorrerão ao longo do mês de setembro, são destinadas a toda a populaçao que queira contribuir com a construção do futuro de Paripueira. 

Plano Diretor: Visando um Futuro Melhor

O Plano Diretor é um projeto de lei que está em processo de elaboração e será submetido à aprovação da Câmara dos Vereadores. Esse plano abrange todas as áreas do município, tanto urbanas quanto rurais, e desempenha um papel crucial no direcionamento do crescimento e expansão de Paripueira.

A Constituição Federal e o Estatuto da Cidade estabelecem o Plano Diretor como o instrumento básico da política de desenvolvimento e expansão urbana. Portanto, sua elaboração é uma etapa fundamental para garantir um futuro mais próspero, sustentável e com uma melhor qualidade de vida para todos os cidadãos.
